Alton ‘David’ Elliott

David passed away June 9^th 2022 at the age of 89 in the company of his family.  David was born Feb 8^th 1933 to Jasper and Alice (Eccleston) Elliott in Westerly RI. David was a graduate of Puyallup High School (1951) and a retired Coast Guard Veteran.  He owned and operated Key Center National Auto Parts for many years. In his retirement he and his wife joined an RV club and spent time traveling with a great group of people.  He enjoyed wood working, camping and visit with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dixie, his parents, his brothers Lucius, Cecil (Barbara), Sister Janice Geene.

He is survived by his daughters Bonnie (Gary) Walkup, Debra Elliott, and Betty (Kevin) Dieckman, 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

A heart felt thank you to his caretakers, April ­­­­and his daughter Debra. 

Graveside service Tuesday, July 5th at 1:30 pm, Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent WA. A family and friend gathering will follow at his home.
