Obituary of Lee John Freeman

Life time Puyallup resident, Lee John Freeman, passed away suddenly on May 17, 2021.  He was born in Puyallup on Nov 21, 1955 and was a 1975 graduate of Puyallup High School. Lee also attended All Saints Catholic Church and school.  Following graduation, he pursued studies in horticulture and restaurant management.  While serving 12 years in the Marine Corps Reserve, he worked on the family blueberry farm and assisted his parents, in their senior years.  He was employed at McLane Co, in Lakewood.

He leaves a legacy of extensive genealogy research that is appreciated by his family and will continue in his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents Larry and Margaret Freeman, of Puyallup and is survived by his siblings Helen Potter of Madison WI, Molly (Ken) Cretsinger of Beaverton OR, Dale (Sally) Freeman of Moscow ID and Anne Freeman of Spokane WA. In addition he will be remembered by 6 nieces, 3 nephews, 3 great-nieces and 5 great-nephews.

A memorial service for Lee will be held on June 4, 2021 at 1:30pm at All Saints Catholic Church in Puyallup
