Obituary of Theadora Anderson

It is with great sadnes to anounce that our mother, Theadora Mae Anderson, born 9/29/1940 has passed away on 10/10/2019 at the age of 79 years old in Puyallup,WA. She was born to the late Theodore Peterson and Eleanora Peterson in Puyallup,WA. Theadora is survived by her 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and one great great grand child.

She retired from the Disrtict Court in the city of Tacoma. Once retired she enjoyed her days at her home on the Deschutes River.

She was a big collector of shoe figurines. Wind chimes and bird /squirrel feeders were also among her favorites. She loved nature.

Theadora was a dedicated mother and grandmother first and foremost.  She embrassed every monent with them. She especially loved her roll as a grandmother and great grandmother. She was a very loving, nurturing, caring person. Her way of life was to put eveyone first. She never complained and always had a smile for everyone, no matter what. You could always depend on her, she was always there for family and friends. She was the matirarch of our family and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She also loved and cherished time with her friends. Her get togethers with the Red Hat Ladies Organization was one of her favorites. Dressing up and giggling and being silly was right down her alley. She always looked forward to her once a month get together with her closest friends to play cards. Her life long friends were very important to her.

Celebration of life will be held on 10/26 at 18037 Deschutes Dr. SE from 12-4pm with ash release into river at 3pm.
